Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, business type, and the contents of your message. We also store a one-way hashed version of your IP address solely for spam and abuse prevention.

How we use your information

We use submitted information only to respond to your inquiry and to provide the services you've requested. We may retain submissions for our internal records.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We use a small number of service providers (such as our email delivery and hosting providers) strictly to operate this site.

SMS communications

StoneWell Consulting operates AI-powered SMS follow-up services on behalf of participating businesses, including automotive dealerships. When a business client uses our platform to follow up with their own customers via SMS, the business collects phone numbers directly from those customers in person and obtains explicit consent before submitting them to our system. We do not collect end-user phone numbers directly. Phone numbers we receive are used solely to deliver the SMS follow-ups requested by our business clients, and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use Twilio, a third-party messaging provider, to transmit SMS messages. Twilio's privacy practices are governed by its own privacy policy at https://www.twilio.com/legal/privacy.

End users receiving SMS messages may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once opted out, no further messages will be sent to that phone number. End users may reply HELP at any time to receive support contact information.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you've submitted. Email us at stonewellconsulting@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
