StoneWell Consulting provides AI and automation consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses, including discovery, assessment, implementation, and ongoing support. The specific scope of any engagement will be defined separately in writing between you and StoneWell Consulting.

No guarantee of outcomes

Information on this site, materials shared during assessments, and any deliverables we produce are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we apply professional care and industry best practices, we do not guarantee any specific business result, revenue increase, cost reduction, or other outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your team's adoption and execution.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, including by submitting false information, automated abuse of the contact form, or attempting to disrupt the service.

SMS messaging program

Program name: StoneWell Consulting Dealer Follow-Up Service.

Description: StoneWell Consulting operates an AI-powered SMS follow-up service for participating US automotive dealerships. When a prospective customer visits a participating dealership in person and provides explicit written consent through the dealership's intake form, our platform sends personalized text message follow-ups branded with the dealership's name and the assigned salesperson's name, beginning approximately 20 hours after the visit.

Message frequency: Approximately 3-5 messages over a 14-day period per customer.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Carrier message and data rates depend on the recipient's mobile plan.

HELP: Reply HELP to any message to receive support contact information.

STOP: Reply STOP to any message to immediately opt out of all future messages. Once opted out, no further messages will be sent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoneWell Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to use of this website.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
